Felicita Group LLC
New York Mitigation Price List
Limited rates for emergency call-out, water extraction, and drying only. No structural repair, rebuild, drywall repair, flooring repair, or construction work is included.
Current NY Scope Limitation
Shield is currently limiting New York work to emergency water-damage mitigation: call-out, extraction, drying equipment, moisture monitoring, and non-structural mitigation support. Repair, reconstruction, and hazardous-material work require separate licensing, authorization, and trade scope.
Important Notes
- New York services are currently limited to emergency water-damage call-out, water extraction, and drying/mitigation.
- We are not currently offering structural repair, rebuild, drywall repair, flooring repair, reconstruction, mold remediation, or construction services in New York unless separately licensed, contracted, and authorized in writing.
- Emergency work may proceed to reduce active water damage, stabilize conditions, extract water, deploy drying equipment, and monitor moisture.
- Labour charges may include drive time and are rounded to the nearest half hour.
- Equipment is billed for the time it remains on site. Pickup timing, access delays, power loss, or client-caused delays may extend charges.
- Category 3 water, sewage, biohazard, asbestos, lead, mold, structural instability, or other hazards may require third-party specialists, testing, abatement, or a separate contractor.
